Always loved getting on the technical side of the spectrum by achieving CISSP, CCNP, Nutanix and other such certifications. It has always helped understand the people/product/performance aspects in a better way.

It's a amazing feeling when you can allow other person to express freely without disturbing or judging. Books are great levelers who can make us feel like a ignorant novice everytime we pick them up for reading. Great way to learn from mistakes made by others though.... Not Afraid of Making & Sharing My Mistakes
Having committed so many mistakes in my life and having learnt lessons from them the hard way, i find myself in a better position to put issues in the right perspective without getting astounded by them. Trick is not to repeat the mistakes and taking responsibility of every mistake we make. We can be selfish in this regard. Why should we insist on making all the mistakes ourselves. Let us avoid these pitfalls by learning from others mistakes.
